TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Record Keeping: All clients are required to complete a client intake questionnaire prior to commencement of therapy.
Some notes on your sessions may be taken to keep track of topics and themes covered in therapy.  Notes are password protected.

Confidentiality: All sessions at Anahera Ascended Healing are totally confidential. The identity of individuals and personal details are carefully protected.

Exceptions to Confidentiality: There are some exceptions which I am happy to discuss with you at your request.

QHHT and BQH session recordings: These sessions are recorded for your benefit and will be sent to you via WeTransfer. You will have 7 days to download the file and then it will be deleted from my recording device.

Distress: In the event of any possible distress arising that might require urgent support outside the scope of the service being offered, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your assessment booking up to 24 hours in advance of your session for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Debit Card via STRIPE.

All online payments must be made at least 24 hours prior to session.
