HYPNOTHERAPY 

In a therapeutic setting, hypnotherapy is a state of consciousness where a person experiences a state of calm and deep relaxation.

During hypnosis, positive hypnotic suggestions, and guided imagery are implemented to empower thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that can bring about positive change.

There are four stages of hypnosis: induction, deepener, suggestions and emergence. A session is approximately 90minutes and can be done in person or online.
